No customer support bubbles but here my issue

So as I was playing swtor for some reason my ui for hovering at the gears is always all the way up to where it going off the monitor.

idk how to fix this so I’ve try playing with my resolution, backing out and going back in, etc. nothing work! I can’t see the full stats of my gear and this been a issue ever since…

if you look at the picture you can see that it off the screen and not by the inventory like it normally is.

and this is the only way for me to get the dev attention cause there isn’t much help from support or anything.
