The OTP I received is incorrect.
- Delete all previous OTP emails from SWTOR, then request a new one. Make sure you're entering the OTP within 15 minutes of it being requested.
- If the OTP emails are taking longer than 15 minutes to arrive, you will need to call our Account & Billing team who will be able to get you logged in.

They mean delete all previous OTP emails you got so you dont use them anymore ...
You would be surprised how many people keep using emails sent previously- @proxos666 In the last non-working one-time password email I got today, just after your second message, there's this link for customer care service:
