    Can you check the status of you Origin / EA account via using https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/  select origin as the game and select an account issue.

    Once you have confirmed your EA account is ok, as an issue with the EA account can affect your swtor account.

    Swtor CS can be contacted with phone numbers at this link to resolve the subscription issue.
