Not able to subscribe
When I try to subscribe to SWTOR, it says there is an issue with my EA account, which it doesn't tell me what that issue is?

HI. I also have this problem with subscription for a long time now. All I read is to call EA support but I will not.
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account (not the one your posting on now) that EA account uses a @ABV.BG email address not the gmail
use the following link insert the ABV.BG email to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Can you help me? I am having the same issue and I follow the directions you gave the other two. It does not work. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
My SWTOR display name is MaliceHebi.

@proxos666 .... I just realize what you were saying... LOL, I switched my email on my EA account a while back. Now I tried my old email and it worked. I was also able to log in using the old email. How do I unlink SWTOR from my old email EA account? Do I now have 2 EA accounts? This is all so odd...

I can't get anything on the abv.bg mail. I get the - We couldn’t find your EA Account. - If i change again all passwords on my EA and SWTOR account would that work ???
They use the same mail and password now.changing emails on non linked accounts does nothing , using same emails on accounts does not create any linkage either

otherwise using a new swtor account will allow you to purchase again
Hi. I used my previous abv.bg mail. At least in this one I saw that I had EA mails. I made my SWTOR account long before I got EA account. Can this help by any means ?
