Not Receiving one-time password email - stuck out of account

I just got off the phone with support. They said it's a known issue and that they've forwarded it to EA but didn't have a time frame on when it would be fixed. He said hotmail, yahoo, and outlook emails are the ones that are being affectd right now. If you call in though they can get you a one time password over the phone. It was actually quite pain-free. And I thought I was the only person having this issue...If this doesn't get fixed by end of day, will they compensate everyone effected?

Same thing happening to me, used plenty of one-time codes over the years and never had any issues until today. Code not arriving to my outlook email address and I can see no way for me to contact SWTOR customer support from Australia.

The developers have fixed the problem. You can now try to receive a One-Time Password. At least at me work

Same me too. I did all the fixes that chat support suggested and the really dumb requests like restart (duh) and check my spam folder (double duh) it doesn't recognize my password or user (how ever these are correct and I can log into EA website no issues). I get stuck in a loop on the SWKOR website and can't reset my password even if I want to, a one time code is never sent from that spot it loops back to the user name and password page. I cant log in from the game launch module, it doesn't recognize my user name and / or password. I cant log in from steam either.

Same. 4 calls with support, no luck yet. has anyone solved this yet, its been over a week now. I still can't log into the game.
