One Time Password never sent

See topic title.

I am sick of it. I am absolutely fed up with this. First I had a Security Key issue and the solution being to remove it (From Tech Support themselves might I add) and NOW I cannot login without the One Time Password popping up and guess what? I check my email, check my junk folder. NO one time password after 24 hours. I am a Subscriber, EA. I pay your goddamn bills. I pay for a functional game! Let me play it! Get rid of this stupid One Time Password system! Security Questions are ALWAYS the way to go.

Oh and just in case you suggest for me to download the Security Key app again, I tried it again and even entering in that and my correct password AND my correct username on the Launcher AND website, it STILL asks me for a One Time Password. I am OVER IT! This is frustrating beyond belief.

Only two ways if your EA account is linked with your Swtor Account change the email there.

If not you will have to call CS.

The problem is not Completely with BW, is an Problem some Mail Providers make with Automated Mails,

they Simply delete them instead sending them in an Quarantined Folder, what they should do,

BW should make there mails so they they get revived.

Best Way around is to change your mail address.

But how can I change the mail address if I can't even log in?
