One-time password request emails not coming through
I am genuinely at my wit's end at this point.
I used to play SWTOR a couple years ago and took a break from it. I tried returning to the game, but I genuinely do not remember my password. If I try to reset it from the SWTOR webpage directly the emails just never arrive.
To my knowledge my SWTOR and EA accounts are not linked. I know that the email I am checking is the right one, because if I try to make a new account with that email address I receive an email stating that this address is already in use by a SWTOR account.
The best thing to do is to call swtor support when the lines are open, and place another email on the account that can receive the emails
it maybe the linked ea account is disabled and the email has been replaced with a default ea disabled email address
