One-time Password
I recently created a new account as no matter what I did I couldn't recover my old one. Now, I take about a weeks break from the game and my new account, which I have spent money on, and I'm being as...
I can't sign in to the swtor website because it asks for a one time password and it doesn't send me an email. This is ridiculous just because swtor is not as new as star wars battlefront doesn't mean you don't have to fix it.

I merged your threads since your having the same issue and it's easier to just put one reply lol.
If you have checked your email junk / spam folder then I would log into swtor.com and try to send the email to a different email address to send it to. Also if your using gmail, make sure all labels are showing under settings to ensure the email didn't get sorted under a hidden label.
Next if you can log into swtor.com I would go ahead and add a security key to your account. The app is free for any android / iPhone which not only bypasses the one-time password email and uses the random code the app generates to login but you will receive 100cc free each month for using it.
If you still cannot receive the email within 15min and you are not able to add a security key, then you would need to call Customer Service as for security purposes they cannot reset or fix accounts via the public forum.
The information to call them is below and it also has information on how to use Skype on your computer or smartphone to call for free or at a discounted rate if your outside the U.S.
For details on how to contact SWTOR support you can follow the steps outlined in this article here: How to get help with STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™

If you are calling from a different country above or how to use skype to call for free, see the below link for contact numbers for other countries and more information on using Skype to make calls:
Thanks for the response but I've tried using a different E-Mail various times and it didn't work and I don't have a phone that has access to apps as I only use my phone for calls and texts. Also, as I said, I'm not paying to talk to someone over the phone because EA can't get something right.
You can try to email support@swtor.com to see if they can assist there but they may still refer you to call. Have you tried to add the security key to your account? You don't have to have the app specifically. There is also a way to setup the security key on your computer if you don't own an android or iPhone. There is a video that explains how to do that here:

This may allow you to just bypass the onetime password and use a security key on your computer.
This is the first mention of any emulator on the net for things like this and thanks but unfortunately I was unable to find the Security app after downloading the emulator. Honestly, I wouldn't be making such an issue out of all this as I don't spend money in MMOs but this one time I have and now that money is wasted because I wasn't able to log in.
