I'm a PrefStatus player and I can't log in to the game or my SWTOR account because my OTP is not arriving. I have all the SWTOR-relevant emails in my safe sender list, and can't change my email because I can't log in to the account. I have successfully received OTPs to the email address before. Is there any way of fixing this issue?
I'm in an even worse situation: I'm a SUBSCRIBER and I'm not receiving my OTP. Always received my OTP without any issues, but now It just doesn't send me the OTP. This is absolutely absurd, a "security system" the keeps THE OWN PLAYER locked out! Well, that's EA, gentlemen...They probably use the cheapest e-mail system that sends batches of OTP to all of the requesting e-mails every 15 minutes. One huge batch of e-mails instead of on-demand individual e-mails. That's so cheap and amateur...even for EA.
The "One Time Password" never shows up to my email, and I can't reset my password either. It claims this is a "new computer" but it's the same one I've been using for Years without issue.

this has been raised to be investigated, however if the emails dont arrive in the next 24 hours, you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open to potentially use a different email address on that account
