Also what i would try to do first is changing your default GeForce settings to 1920 x 1080 (if you can even do that, no expert with geforce), since this seems to be the maximum range your monitor has. If you are just installing swtor and do not launch i dont think you will find the .ini file since it is usually created only after the game is launched (it is with most, if not all, games). The
game needs to read your specs first before it can even create such .ini file.

Odds are your appdata/swtor is "read only" hence the crash, trying to change settings but the read only says nope then crashes your game.
