Ever since the latest update I have been unable to login to the game or website with my physical security key. I'm also unable to remove the key from my account per your instructions as I don't receive the lost security key screen when leaving the option blank. I know this happened a few months back and the issue was fixed and I was wondering if it is going to be addressed again.
I have had the same issue with calling them. The line is always busy. I need to speak to them to fix my security key.
You did use the right Numbers and have the Time right?
I had never an Problem Calling them from Germany.
@EA_Nils Can you check if the Support is working and the Numbers a correct.
Have escalated the busy CS Line to Ea hope its fast sorted.
You will most likely have to Change to an Security app, BW Changed the token a while back.
