I just got back online after 3 days of my router being dead and waiting on the isp to send a new one, to then find out that my subscription did in fact go through but I am still in preferred status. could anyone help? I've followed what I was supposed to and emailed the support team but still waiting.

i gather this was a purchase on steam
have flagged the account to be checked for issues and they have your email with the screenshots, response will be in about 11 hrs when support are online for the day
Support have your email in the queue for an agent, just need to wait for their reply
if not done so yet, you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends
