Problem with Outlander Character Token.

Hello! I've got a problem with 60/65 lvl character creation. I bought Outlander Character Token via GTN then used it, logout to character selection menu but there was "0 Boosted Characters". I've not located the token in my inventory but after some time I've located it in "Unclaimed Items" in the Cartel Market. I tried to refund it but it doesn't working. I claimed it to my inventory, used again but there was the same situation. Please help me.
