Proof of Subscription Purchase Sent

I guess Ill just have to call when they are open and I can talk? why they have decided to close my Case and claim it as "fixed" i don't know. I still have not heard from anyone or gotten a subscription added to me account despite sending everything required.

Is closing an open case as Fixed when Ive heard no response abnormal?

swtor account displayname ? need this to check the account for issues 

using the same email address on an EA , Swtor and steam account has as much effect as using all different emails, it does nothing for linkage with swtor

The linked ea account was created using the same email address to create the swtor account if the account was created prior to 25th June 2019 per https://help.ea.com/nz/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked/ these accounts can also use different emails and passwords now

if you created an EA ticket it is closed when passed to swtor support, EA support cant deal with swtor account issues, you need to wait for an email from swtor support

Ahhh I see. It has to go through EA before it goes to SWTOR you mean? 

Therefore it may claim its "Fixed" or closed on the EA support site---doesnt mean it truly is closed--only sent to SWTOR support... Is that correct?

Yes ea ticket closed is only when sent to swtor support as that is all EA support can do, swtor support is a different support line

Support have your email but cant add the gametime due to an account issue, unfortunately you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the issue, it cant be resolved on a forum
