Purchase Race and Lost it.

I purchased a race off the CM for 600 CC. Entered the little thing I needed to to unlock it. Redeemed it and unknowningly deleted the character that it was on because I was using that character to get the last 20 CC I needed. And since apparently it makes the thing an item in your inventory for some reason...instead of I don't know...unlocking it as soon as you redeem it I lost that item. What do I do? Because that's money out of my pocket.
