Swtor username ? 

Steam subscriptions fail to apply for 2 reasons 

1. accounts are not linked prior to purchase 

2. swtor / linked ea account is either disabled for purchasing or banned

    Is flagged to check the account and that they see your email , response will be in about 11 hrs when support are online for the day
