KissTheKiller is the display name. It is not an anti-virus and firewall issue. My account is not through steam so Ive never done a chargeback as far as I'm aware. There was an incident back in 2020 where my account was wrongfully banned but that was resolved and my account was restored. I checked my EA account stuff to see if a new ban was put in place but didn't see anything there. Thank you for checking on this for me
support have asked if you can call when the lines are open, the error message looks like a steam chargeback so needs to be resolved

Thank you for the answer. I just got off call with Support and they said my account should be unlocked within 24 hours, so I'm hoping that's true. I will check back around that time and let you know if I was able to get in or not.
