As Ahngrim has mentioned the standard code can only be applied once, looking at your screen this has already been applied before.
your best option is to lodge a case with origin for reimbursement for that code provided as it can only be used once.
60 day time codes can be used an unlimited times or the origin epic experience pack (this pack is also only once) can be bought and applied once.
