Reaching for the support is hard. My first ticket i had to wait 5 days for a generic not helpfull reply.
Is there any other way to contact support besides calling them or using in game ticket? Because im not going to call them

Unfortunately for billing / account related issues you would need to call customer service. For account security they will only discuss billing issues over the phone and need to verify account ownership via phone. This is not something they can provide via the public forum. Also in-game tickets don't assist with billing issues, they only assist with in-game issues.
Their contact info is here and you can also use a VoIP program such as Skype to call at a discounted or low cost is the normal method is an issue.
So there is literally no way to use text to contact support? Not even using stuff like skype? That.. feels very wrong. I cant say i can speak english very well (horrible accent)

I've seen this a few time with customers from Russia. There's a fix/workaround that usually does the trick. First log on to swtor.com and go to My SWTOR -> My Account -> Subscription -> Show your payment history.
When you're there, remove any payment methods you have saved on the account.
Next log on to ea.com and go to Account Settings -> Payment Methods, and delete any payment methods that are saved there.
When you relog on to swtor.com and try to buy something, it should direct you to add a new payment method.
Yeah, i found that solution before i made my post. but if you look in screenshot i attached to my post - you will see that i dont have any payment methods attached (and it also shows no activity from account)
Asking again - is there really no way to contact support with text? Maybe using text in voip like skype? I dont speak english very well (and besides, using third party program to contact support just feels wrong)

@Retro-Pathfinder Писать текст в русской форме мне ничем не поможет если связь с поддержкой работает только через голос и по английски. Писать то я могу нормально, а вот разговаривать - не особо

Writing text in Russian form will not help me if the connection with support works only through voice and in English. I can write normally, but cant really talk in English (via Google translate).

@Scintille I can see your screenshot where it shows no payment methods. Did you confirm the same on the EA side as well?
@EA_Kipling Well, i dont really understand what you mean by - EA side. Origin shop has my card info

If the error you are getting is a redirection strategy error then the idea is to delete the payment details in swtor then in the EA/Origin account also delete the payment details.
Then go back to swtor and add the payment details, then see if the issue is gone
WOW! Deleting payment info in origin/ea actually worked! At least it looks like it. Thanks a lot for your suggestion!
Would be cool if someone would mark this question as answered or whatever, so its easier for others to find this solution
