Hi !
I'm sorry but I've never heard about this terminal, how can I get access to it ?EDIT : I checked online and found out that this terminal was located on Odessen. The thing is this planet only unlocks when having completed the 9 first chapters of KotFE, which I didn't start to avoid any more problems when losing all my original companions. Do you think that, if I play all the chapters to get to Odessen, and if ever Torian can be unlocked with this terminal, I'll get to complete the missing cut scenes with Torian to get the presence bonus ?

When you submitted your in-game ticket which category did you use? Did you choose Report a bug or the Character / Companion category. If you choose the character / companion, I would submit another ticket indicating the issue should be fixed as per for the forum and patch notes. You can even reference your thread you submitted.
If the ticket is returned the same way, I would create another then call customer service and reference that ticket indicating it's your third time so that they can see about getting the issue escalated for you.

I did send several times the same ticket as each category that seemed appropriate to me (such as bug report, character problem, etc.) and each every answer I got were the exact same automatic message (I would gladly send an attached pic to my post, but I'm french and the support is localized).
I even indicated the forum thread url in the IG tickets i sent, but it never changed anything.
I called the customer service and i've been told that they did not handle technical issues such as mine and that I had to report my bug in the forums or IG ... vicious circle :\
Today, I cannot use the IG tickets or even the forums since I won't re-activate my sub until I find a fix to my problem, cause I don't feel like paying for a game I cannot play ☹️

sorry to ask, but having no official answer from ea employees on the forums nor here, should I understand that this bug is some kind of Pandora's box that I've opened and that I will never get any clear and official answer about ?
Is this the way that are loyal players who have pre-ordered the game, played since the very first day, bought every single game extension, and paid many, soooo many months of subs meant to be considered ?
Maybe an dump question, did you give them your Charakter Name and Server with the InGame Ticket?
If not that seems to cause a lot of the automatet responses.
Beside that there are Companien fixes planned for tomorrows patch.
- I sent in game tickets directly from my character, explaining that the issue I encountered was with this very toon.
On the forums I only said that I faced this issue with my bh toon.
The thing I don't get, is that I have never gotten any official answer, while it is clearly a server side bug ... The Tickets get a lot of informations automated, but not Character Name and Server and without this information they can not help you.
Don't ask why and why they don't ask simply after missing information.
- Thanks for this crucial information, I thought that sending it from the character encountering the issue would be the fastest way to get it solved.
Should I let the name of my character and server here or do I have to get a sub to be able to send ig tickets again ? If you don't have an active sub, I'm not sure if you can get help for your account here, EA doesn't have any access to your swtor account.
You could try to call them via phone or use support @ swtor.com.
With an open Ticket or the mail it will take Time, calculate two weeks.
