Might be something to do with your internet security settings. Clicking "buy" takes you to a HTTPS address, so if something's iffy with your security, the browser likely won't let you go there.
In case it is, you can try tethering or hotspotting from your phone using data and trying again. Or even just trying directly from your phone. If it works, it's time to review how your home internet is set up.

HTTPS can't be the problem, the website of the bank where i have my bank-account is https and even google.de is https. I have more problems reaching sites which are NOT https (chrome and my security suite ask me both in that case if i am sure that i want to visit such a insecure site xD).

Ok, i tried again to buy coins and suddenly only 1 button was not functioning.
Its still impossible to buy coins for only $4,99, but you can buy coins for $9,99 or you can pay for a subscription.
I have no clue why this suddenly works, i didn't change anything in my end.
