Still no fix after this patch, clear to me they have no intention of fixing it as they only want money.

So is there any word on a fix for this problem?

Only fix right now, is to sub. Once subbed you'll be able to pick up your next Chapter mission by using your ship's mission terminal. I've been told this by e-mail support and in-game ticket support. I clicked on a referral link to get a free 7 day sub to send in the ticket. Free 7 day subs, aren't considered to be a real sub. So I'm still in same boat as you, because even with the free 7 days. I was unable to pick up my next Chapter mission on my ship's mission terminal. It has to be  a real paid sub to work.

That theory is no good. I am a Subscriber and I cannot get into the base and have two + quests I need to turn in and storylines pretty much there only I am wanting to follow.

This is impacting F2P, Preferred and Subs.

**Edit** I do have main quest line still showing available and am on Chapter 14 (XIV). I never lost the quest from my log as others have mentioned happened to them. .

Still no fix and still no word on when they will finally fix this, only thing worth playing is the light/dark thingy, and most of that is unplayable since this bug fecks up progression in those achi as well.

They are doing that on purpose to milk the money out of players, just like they started to do to WAR (warhammer online) a year or 2 before they shut the game down because they were greedy F's that did not care about the game.

They want to get money out of the game without investing in it.

@Purewitz it is not smart to set this post as answered as they now think we will let it go and also they can now archive this post as it has been answered, allowing them to erase the massive flaws in this game from their forums to make them look good.

They still think I will let this rest, well guess what i wont till it is fixed, BUMP

I broke down and paid for a sub to finish KotFE back in August. Which solved the issue, but I agree you shouldn't have to pay money to fix an in-game issue. So here's a bump for everyone who still has the issue.

You are seeing an issue where it is an intended mechanic. There is no issue in the first place.  If you want to get access to Odessen you need to have a sub in place!

Sadly as mention in this thread it seems to be by Design that after you finish your KotFE Chapters and your Sub runs out you can no longer enter the War-base.

I was hoping that access would remain with a sub drop which had all all the kotfe chapters granted  ?

Can any Preferred confirm that ?

Just bought two months Sub on my second Account for KoTE after that, somewhere around the Christmas Holidays I can see that, but then it will be an different matter.

I am Preferred and I can enter the base on the alt that completed all KOTFE chapters.

I can also enter the base on the alt which is on Chapter 9. It triggers chapter cut scene though

I found a "fix". just shift+e and pick the chapter that is titled "the Alliance" or something similar. you'll have access to the base while on the mission and be able to turn in crates and talk to the specialists people. Once you finish the mission though it goes back to being unavailable.
