put prosseses bitradier on pause looks like it is working http://prntscr.com/hcwhq3, interesting if i start now will i be able to play PVE or PVP content on high lvl characters or any characters and will launcher shut down if i press play
As the screenshot mentions you will only be able to play the starter planets for new characters until the download is finished
after i switched to SSN as you told i see http://prntscr.com/hdbi7w
That error is not using SSN as it is impossible to get that with non streaming
SSN also needs the entire game to download to play, if you want to use SSN then double check this guide link
