If I properly understand what you are saying here is :
- You tried to use the free character rename from the SWTOR website, it was sent to your character
- You forgot about the token that was sent on your character's mailbox and transferred it on an another server
- You tried to send the token again through the website to your character, but you had a message that states it was already used on X character
If that's what happened then the only way you can get it would be to contact the support directly so they can maybe grant a rename to you (they can check and verify the issue). What happened is that the token you should have used on your character stayed in the mailbox and when you decided to transfer the character all your mail have been deleted - You receive a warning message for this.
If you're a Subscriber and you need in-game support, create a ticket in-game:
- Click on the question mark icon on the main menu, (or press Ctrl + /).
- Click on Create ticket, then follow the on-screen instructions to provide details and submit your ticket.
