did that, but i still have char ver error ☹️

chars have no icons, black & when i click play i get message that say's that i should contact support, when i click play again another message pop on top of it, same massage again & wont let me play,  ver 4.7

Still the same problem here. Black icons on 2 chars and can't enter the game...

its 0:09 here currently, when i wake up in morning & get front of PC at 9am or bit after 10am & i still cant get in game with my char i will quit the game, i'm getting sick of it already

7.00 PM in Argentina and still can´t play in 2 of my characters. I´ve basically lost a level 23 Inquisitor and a level 14 Trooper temporary. Since yesterday i can´t play in neither both characters.

So I just check a little bit ago and now it's working again! for the people that still have the error just wait a little bit, they will work everything out!

Support emailed me, telling me to try if the problem got fixed.

Result : problem is still there. Now i'm going to bed, but i don't think that in these hours the problem will be solved.

@master999b i also got an email from support asking me to try to login again... I still can't after 2 hours the same. Even tried and deleted 1 lvl 50 Jedi Guardian in hope i can access char i want to play lvl 50 Sith assassin but nothing changed... If they don't fix it by next day i ll probably quit this even tho i am huge fan of Star Wars...

i haven't contacted support so i havn't gotten any ,ail from them, but i look in time to time & so far same issue

I actually tried to go to another server and created a new character,it worked out so I played for around 10 minutes,then logged off,came to my normal server on which I have my three chars and all of them were fixed.I do not know if it has to do with anything,but right after the patch and server shutdown maintenance it still did not work,but when I done this,it worked. But I really do not know if it has to do with anything,just try if you are desperate 🙂.

it may help them when ur in game, i played to lvl 9, new my 3 chars got fixed & 3 in eclipse still have char ver error

fixed for me to, i had 3 low lvl chars in eclipse to & this weren't fixed by the time i got back, i was afk till 15:30 so i del them & made new, at lest my lvl 50 & 30 & 24 chars were fixed, i think they weren't going to fix them anyway cause highest was lvl 10

All the toons, on the servers that I have are fix, for those that still have the problem just wait till it gets fix, it will dont stress about it!
