Re: Charged twice and didn't receive subscription

@proxos666 I'm StayinInTheDark. This is the account that uses the same email as SWTOR and has Order History of two 60-day subscriptions.

Just making sure, the refund has gone through or is it on the way? Display Name: shadowkillerzzz

    The feedback i got from support was as follows 

     2 purchases, putting into the refund queue to be refunded when they close, he can repurchase once account is active

    In theory i would say now , given you have reset the password etc on the right EA account now

    Support are not available for to check until this time tomorrow though

  • @proxos666 I purchased the subscription just now and it worked fine. Now, I will wait for the 2 refund to go through.
