And there is no optional windows updates at all (just to be certain) especially C++ updates

not sure which direction to go from here
guess given the client_setting file being so far out , grab CRU and create a inf override with just the native resolution listed
1440 x 900 @60Hz

Haven't heard of sonic studio 3 conflicting before, will keep that in mind for future.
