Re: "Get 30 Days of Game Time On Us" Not Received

Okay, so I called Customer Service and they told me that this 30 days free game time promotion was just for some selected subscribers and not for everyone. So just those who received a certain e-mail were awarded with the extra days. A bit unfair in my opinion, since there was nothing about that at the Terms and Conditions but that's how it is.

I received this email last month, I think it was because I unsuscribed a few months ago, So I guess it is to try to return subscriptors. I still have 8 subscrition days remaining... we'll see
In the meantime I just unsuscribed again to see if I get the extra days without be billed.
