This thread is not solved...you are supposed to be able to do it from level 15

this is a player helping player forum , i suggest you email swtor support with your concerns before you get reported for spamming here
You have been given why its not available this week , no one here can change that , so no matter how ranty you get it wont change anything except maybe you will get a ban
