I also had this happen to me as well as a couple of friends. I made a ticket and the response said that it is a known bug that will be addressed in a future patch. So if the person who responded to my ticket is correct. There is hope. It has been over a month and I am a bit tired of waiting and not hearing anything about them working on the fix.
