    Ok that makes sense.  I was wondering as so far I have had one disconnect but that is it.  Granted I've been running solo content and most of my issues last night were during uprisings and flashpoints.  Should I still check with my ISP or does everything else look good?

    Everything else looks fine, no sign of the packetloss appearing at hop 2 and travelling through all other hops as seen in the original plot , that type of loss will hurt

    Check the modem logs , see if it dropped link and reconnected or simply stopped responding for a short period

    It is a hardline connection from my desktop straight to the all in one modem/router. Here is the log:

    @Belgorad

    It appears that at Wed Mar 15 07:17:15 2017  your ISP pushed a firmware update to the modem

     SW download Successful - Via NMS

    it then appears to have rebooted and came back up a minute later at  Wed Mar 15 07:18:29 2017

    times do not match the pingplot but if as shown in that log you last logged into at  Wed Mar 15 07:59:24 2017 the time is wrong in the modem (which isnt critical its just an annoyance)

    @Belgorad

    Give the ISP a call

    Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response receive

    I have made the assumption this is a cable modem , there can be RF interference occurring that is producing that error, the modem is trying to range into the ISP equipment and failing

    @Belgorad

    You can look at the power levels in the modem and see if they are in range - link

    Something looking like

    Spoiler
    Power Level Signal to Noise Ratio
    Channel 1: 10.3 dBmV 40.0 dB
    Channel 2: 9.7 dBmV 40.9 dB
    Channel 3: 9.9 dBmV 40.7 dB
    Channel 4: 9.5 dBmV 41.4 dB
    Channel 5: 9.0 dBmV 40.9 dB
    Channel 6: 10.5 dBmV 41.9 dB
    Channel 7: 10.5 dBmV 41.7 dB
    Channel 8: 9.8 dBmV 42.5 dB

    Upstream Channels
    Power Level
    Channel 1: 43.2 dBmV
    Channel 2: 0.0 dBmV
    Channel 3: 0.0 dBmV
    Channel 4: 0.0 dBmV

    The ISP will likely remote in and look anyways

    I called, they said my levels to my modem are fine, but they noticed errors with the service in the area as well that would affect me and other as well.  They said they would have to send a maintenance tech out but I don't have to be home so that's good.

    Glad to hear they have identified an issue that is the hard part out of the way 🙂 now for the fix.
