Yea lol, we as the customers who pay monthly to keep the game up and running resub month after month with the absolutely reasonable assumption that the game will be playable and stable, something that if you have played the game more than a couple of months know they have had MAJOR issues with. So yea they better be looking at doing something for their customer base, the ones who without us, the game would fail. Now does * happen? Yes. But when it happens this often people get tired of it, I run a guild and the amount of people who join, play for a week or two and then disappear is staggering, their player base is already dropping and with constant issues like this, wont be long before the rest are gone too.
