Ah yes it's the same server you are on which is Satele Shan and the display name is VioletLee

Yeah because it is character specific for the unclaimed items. In most cases it would be there. You can also check your Cartel Coin history on swtor.com when you log into your account to ensure you didn't accidentally refund it as it would show any refunds there.
