Support are refunding the 2 purchases when they close in the system, so they will process back will just take a few days
to fix the account you need to do the below, once done purchasing will work as intended
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona dragonblade1211 (not GorgesTuff that your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

if you have done the steps , it is up to you , purchasing will work as intended , the other purchases will get back to you likely next week

- @proxos666 I have the exact same problem as GorgestTuff, is it safe to say my two purchases will be refunded too?

- @proxos666 Hi My son have the same issue with sub. payment for 60days drawn but no sub.. Username : Annakanatiall. Have tested to reset password and so on. He whent from a steam account to swotor due to it didnt work. but still no sub. he payd the 25th of jun.

Support have refunded 2 purchase attempts so they will process back , they do not have an email from you at this point.
You are going to need to call swtor support when the lines are open to resolve an account issue before able to purchase again.

Yes both My son and I tested to add a sub to his account (Annakanatiall). but it didnt work.
I have sent him the info from you to call support . We live in Sweden so I think we need to call UK support.
Well we see what happends. BTW He payed from the start from SWTOR homepage a 1 mounth sud that would have continued but didnt. And played from Stea. Now he have changed to Swtor´s own client for PC. And skipped Steam totally. He can play but no sub. Hopefully it will go well.Thanks

It seems like its really hard to get the Support by phone 🙂 He have tryed an hour with out any result. Hopefully he getting there. Also added a request from the support page.
We see what happends. Cant really understand why its so hard to get hold of the support.

UK line opens in about 12 minutes , was closed if he tried earlier

google tells me sweden is +2 UTC at moment due to day light savings CEST time 🙂
