I gather you confirmed the emails are not in your junk folder ?
if so, and given outlook is problematic it seems, as a test i would create a gmail email address and call support back on say monday and put the gmail email address , you can also use the email as googlemail.com so get the agent to try both gmail.com and googlemail.com and see if the reset email arrives ok , just be sure with gmail to also check the spam folder @proxos666we tried that already as well sir.

can you call back and use specifically you@googlemail.com not you@gmail.com , also be sure not in the spam folder with gmail emails
