My friend has been having the same issue and hasn’t been able to log into her account or play games she paid for, in months. Your solution is to reach out to support but she hasn’t been able to actually reach any type of support. The only option in the support links posted, is to chat with a bot that just sends you links back to unhelpful troubleshooting. No matter what we have tried, nothing works.
