Re: not receiving one time code

@Zrian55

Make sure you check your spam / junk folder.  Try sending the email to a different email address.  If you are still not able to receive it also add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com to your email safe list as that is where the email would come from.

Not sure what email you use but I currently use Gmail.  If you use gmail go to Settings >> Labels and ensure you do not have any hidden labels and if so unhide them.  Gmail also has an All Items option that may reveal the email.

Also I would try to send it to a different email by changing the email on your account, once you receive it then change it back.

To avoid this issue in the future, you can add the swtor security key app to your account.  Instead of the one-time password it will have you enter a random number from the app.  The app is free for any android or iPhone.  You can also use any authenticator app on your computer desktop as well.

Information on the swtor app can be found here including on how to add it to your account.  If you need further assistance, you would need to call Customer Service.

See db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.
