Re: Paid for Subscription but still preferred

Ok I have included the Reply I got from you cut an pasted on a word file as I did receive a e-mail from you after I made the purchase on Fri, Sep 30, 4:46 AM (4 days ago) an my Bank account has been docked for it so their is something wrong on your end. I Bought the Sub a day an bit before my last sub was over so I tried to buy another month when it didn't show up I assumed it would come into affect when the sub lapsed it didn't so I bought it again assuming you guys would do something to reimburse me an the purchase didn't show up in on my SWTOR web page so their is a major problem on your end as I have the back records an your confirmation e-mail which I have included as I have said

if you log into your swtor account , and go to the transaction page does it show 2 purchases ?

if one is marked as failed the bank should auto refund the money automatically as swtor does not get that money it is essentially in limbo between banks

@proxos666 it didn't show in the Transaction page so the money will bounce back to me then
