Okay, but steam won't offer a refund either because it is a subscription to a third party service, and suggested I take it up with EA. When i was in game and clicked the subscribe button, it opened the steam store, why offer a service which doesn't work? There is no contact number for Australians on that list either. And there seems to be no way to actually contact EA at all, the only way I can find is your post which says to email support @ swtor . com (html blocked for the support email adress, this seems a bit shady too btw) which I have done, here's a grab of my email as proof.

Call the UK or the US number , if you dont use vodafone mobile that offers free calls to the UK and US,. maybe try skype or voip to make it cheaper

EA support is not swtor support , EA support cannot assist with swtor purchases they are different support lines.

otherwise email from another email domain and be sure the screenshots are under 4mb in total or the email will get blocked

  • Ok dude, cheers for the help. I will just write it off as a loss lol. I have almost finished my class campaign anyway, so will just uninstall rather than try the expansions.

skype is about $2 for a 60 min call , and you could try sending from a different email , but it is your choice so may the force be with you
