Re: security access is lost

been there I cant access the account this the main issue
I need to remove this security key and there is no forget my security key link nor in the side nor is the launcher so I don't sure what do next

It can only be done from the website not the launcher

If a different browser doesnt help or even on your phone internet (not via your home network) and it still doesnt appear

The only way to remove the key will be to call CS (Link to numbers) they will need to manually remove it.

When you go to setup a new key see my thread at this link I provide a few tips to alleviate potential issues.

well thanks i think i will give up on the account dont have time for the hassle messing with this thanks for the help
