Nope it still does it when i'm on my hotspot. Good suggestion though.

if you open a command prompt and ping gamepad.swtor.com does it respond ? that is the location for the server list

Yes that responded ok
Are you running any compats at the moment on the gameshortcut , launcher.exe or swtor.exe if so have you tried removing them ?
other then that find swtor in the firewall exception list and ensure both public and private is ticked - proxos6665 years agoHero+

you may need to use the update assistant if windows update isnt saying there is anything newer https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
