I see. That makes most sense imo. Mainly asking because I've seen other MMOs start counting from the day of purchase when the player is under similar conditions(asking support for help because it didn't activate) and thus losing a couple of days.

Support have your email , however they cant add the gametime until the below is done

the linked EA account is disabled with its data wiped and it uses the same gmail email as on your swtor account

insert that gmail email address in this link it should restore the account

If you think you have sorted the linked ea account let me know and i can check

Yes EA account is active now

Your steam email is in the queue for an agent so just need to wait for their reply

you will also need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased on steam when this gametime ends
