Re: Steam subscription not working.
Hello! I have purchased a 1month Sub over Steam yet after 2days I still did not recieve my Sub.
Yesterday I wrote the support an email about my problem and added screenshots about said purchased.
I wrote steam support but the brought me here. Ißm not sure if the email will be read since many have that problem so I wanted to add it here aswell.
I should also add that my Coins that I buy over steam work perfectly. I get them but not the sub.
We can confirm that the purchase was successful.
In this case we would recommend reaching out to the game's support team and see if they may have some information as to why it is not showing up in-game.
