has been flagged will check they have your email etc , will be about 10 hrs for a response which is when they are online for the day

Send them the proof of purchase not the subscription screen
- Click on View Purchase History.
- Take a screenshot of your Purchase History screen, clearly showing the SW:TOR transaction.

- Click in to the transaction, and screenshot that page too.
- Email these screenshots to support@swtor.com (use the email on the swtor account)

you need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist resolving the account issue you have
when i checked they couldnt see an email from you , so when you call have the screenshots ready and ask to upload to a case whilst your on the phone
Ooh seems i got nervous and messed it up, thanks for the help already sent the purchase history to support after they answered asking for it
