    has been flagged will check they have your email etc , will be about 10 hrs for a response which is when they are online for the day

    Send them the proof of purchase not the subscription screen 

    • Click on View Purchase History.
    • Take a screenshot of your Purchase History screen, clearly showing the SW:TOR transaction.

    1. Click in to the transaction, and screenshot that page too.
    2. Email these screenshots to support@swtor.com (use the email on the swtor account)
  • Ooh seems i got nervous and messed it up, thanks for the help already sent the purchase history to support after they answered asking for it
