Can you confirm the username used in the launcher is xXRevelry , CS has informed that account is correctly subscribed.

there is a good chance you have 2 accounts

Its only ever been xXRevelry when launching swotor. I changed my email when I couldnt validate my original email... is there anyway to fix that?

Just confirming as in your first post you mentioned it wasn't showing as subscribed, if logged in when you subscribe you need to log out and back in to see the sub ingame so that may of been the case earlier.

This xXRevelry account is a fairly newly created account, you will need to call Swtor CS to see if they can find any further accounts.

Calling is the only way to identify if another account exists due to needing to identify as the account holder, whether they can assist moving the subscription will need to be discussed at the same time.

The first thing I did we log out and back in. Super weird. I was having trouble validating my email when I purchased my subscription so I ended up making a new email. It ended up working but myin game account didnt show it. I finally tried changing my email back, reset pass, reinstalled game, and now when I log in my character is gone.

Ill give cs a call later today, thanks for the help.
