You need to wait for that purchase to change to either closed or failed, it may fail given the time it has taken
If it does close let me know if the subscription doesn't apply and i can followup further on your behalf with swtor support

Thank you for your help! I am letting you know that it now says "Closed" but my account subscription status still shows as inactive, and still preferred status in game

- myron_vrstg1 year agoRising Newcomer@proxos666 please help me too, i have subscribed but did not get activated, when i want to contact anybody i get in a loop where i am sent to EA support back to steam support back to EA support etc.
