Re: Unable to log in
The error of "there is a problem with your account" means that your account has been either suspended or banned for some reason. You can call Customer Service to see if they can remove the ban / suspension. Customer Service is available by phone even if you are not a subscriber. If it is a simple issue, they may just be able to resolve it.
