this could be an account access issue - if you are not getting the mail - it sounds like you can't log in at all, if you reset the password from the website and you don't get the mail where you think you should the email on the account may have changed.  This is likely due to someone hacking you - Call CS and tell them the issue you may have a compromised account and this is why you can't get the mail - although it could be a mail server issue getting  to your email provider   hope this helps 🙂
