you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message

changing the email on the ea account no longer changes the email on the swtor account per https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked
