I am having too much trouble trying to recover my account. Haven't played in a few years, but wanted to jump in and get ready for the new update. However, when I follow the instructions to recover password, I get the email with link that takes me to the site for changing password, but no matter what I do there, I keep getting the error :
Account security key, display name, or recovery code is invalid/expired.
Best to call swtor support when the lines are open

Thanks for the reply. Sadly those international calls is very expensive for me. Don't they have ANY support email address ?
Oh, this is my exact same issue.
After lots of research, it seems that calling by phone is the only way. I was hoping for a better alternative.
That's terrible.... Normally I would not care much and just make a new account, but I did spend quite a bit of money on that account already.
Guess it will be cheaper to make the call, but again, terrible support system.... terrible. Should not cost me so much just to get access to my own account again.
